Responsibilities :
|
- Managing, coordinating, conducting, and researching new techniques and methodologies in analyzing vehicle components, engineering related components. In addition, you will communicate with internal and external customers, conduct static/dynamic structural analysis using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software package, generate reports and presentations of results, and provide input to the product development process.
- The CAE engineer will conduct and analyze the results and evaluate them against customer specifications and requirements.
- You will be responsible for creatively solving all applicable problems in the area of structural and thermal analysis fields including multiphysics problems.
- Potential is responsible for contributing to new and better design ideas to improve non-conforming designs and also to develop guidelines and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of CAE results to attain accurate results.
- You will work closely with product/applications engineers, program management, CAD, and testing to receive & deliver information pertaining to CAE activities.
- FEA Experience in ANSYS, Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, ADAMS. Good knowledge in Finite Element Analysis and Solid Mechanics.
